World Cocktails helps you discover and make cocktails. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use the iPhone or iPad app.
Information you save
Your bar, favorites, cocktails you have made or tried, tasted spirits, shopping list, and relevant app preferences are stored on your device. If iCloud is enabled for the app, these records can sync between your devices through your Apple Account. You can turn off iCloud syncing for the app in your device's iCloud settings. Apple handles iCloud data under its own privacy policy.
Purchases and subscriptions
Apple's App Store processes app purchases. Versions of the app that offer PRO purchases use RevenueCat to check and restore access. In those versions, RevenueCat receives an app-specific anonymous customer identifier, purchase history and subscription status, and technical information needed to provide and troubleshoot purchases. We use this information to grant and restore access, resolve purchase issues, and review purchase-related reports. We do not receive your payment card details. You do not need to create an account or give us your name or email address to use the app. If you contact us by email, we use your message and address only to respond to you.
Advertising and analytics
The app does not use advertising networks or the advertising identifier (IDFA), and does not sell your data. It does not currently use Mixpanel or another general-purpose product analytics service. Versions with PRO purchases contact RevenueCat for purchase access as described above; iCloud syncing, when enabled, also uses a network connection.
Children
The app is not designed to collect information from children. We do not knowingly request personal information from children. If you believe a child has shared information with us, contact us so we can address it.
